Searching for the rightful owners of six unclaimed Otago properties
If you are a descendant of a John Logan, Basil Cotterill, Lillie Mills, or Frederick Wickens you could have your own slice of paradise.
An advertisement seeking potential owners of the six properties have been advertised in the Otago Daily Times this year. Public Trust head of marketing and partnerships Josh Byers said if no owner or descendant of the properties came forward within two weeks, the notice would then be added to gazette.govt.nz.
It is not too late for beneficiaries or descendants to make a claim once their property is sold. Find out more here.
