Who does this????
While walking by these clothing donation bins on Reid Street, just off Factory Road in Mosgiel, I noticed that someone had just dumped a heap of clothing beside the bin. What good are clothes that are sitting on the ground, rained on, etc. Some people just dump things in these (or OUT of these bins as these people did!) just to avoid taking to the tip. A note to whomever did this... you have no sense whatever, and are very lazy! They could have taken them to the Salvation Army instead and not littered up the street!
