E-cigarette Research Studies

We would like to recruit participants for studies into e-cigarettes (of all types) that we are running. We are looking for experienced e-cigarette users and new users, for people who smoke, used to smoke, and have never smoked!
The study will involve an interview of around an hour and we are offering participants $40 to recognise any costs they incur helping us. The studies have been approved by the University of Otago Human Ethics Committee (16/132 and 16/133).

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
