My favourite wine from this year’s New World Wine Awards is the Starborough Sauvignon Blanc. I have worked at New World for 18 years, and I’ve been Liquor Manager for 12 years. I’ve seen and tasted some incredible award-winning wines, and this year is by far my favourite. This Sauvignon Blanc is so fruity on the palate, with flavours of lime and feijoa.
