LOVE this quote! Found it on instagram this morning. To me it means what one might do with their pain 😩🤕. We've all felt hurt 🥺😭🤧 or angry 😠😤😡🤬 in reaction to behaviours from others - teachers 🍎, parents 👨👩👧👦, friends 👩🏻🤝👩🏻, school kids 👩🎓, bla bla. We all have choice 🧠☯. I suppose some never come to realise that and might end up burning down the village! Believe me I get it! I feel like personal development has been the difference maker in my life - the saving grace 👼🙏. There have been times 🕗🕟 when I have felt very much like "burning down the village"🏠🔥🔥 !! Yet the desire to go down a path that didn't lead to prison 😂🤣 was stronger than my hurt and I worked through my feelings over many years 🎁⚖. I was driven by the desire to not feel the way I was feeling anymore. I wanted peace and happiness - BOOM.

First introduced in New Zealand in 1927 with the passing of the Summer Time Act, it's what we know as 'Daylight Saving' and this year it ends on the first Sunday in April.
While we do get to sleep in this time around, some people would like to scrap the clock tinkering for good.
And why? Some evidence suggests the time changes are bad for our health as they mess with sleep patterns leading to short-term fatigue and affecting mood. Meanwhile the hour change is frustrating for farmers and a nightmare for getting the littlies to sleep. But what's your take?
