On Sunday 22nd January 2023, peacefully at Mountain View Rest Home, Kawerau, aged 73 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Gowan Mary (nee Hamblyn). Kevin was the youngest son of Arthur Ewar (Andy) & Joyce Ivy Andresen of Edgecumbe. As requested by Kevin a Private Cremation has taken place. I would like to acknowledge support given by Riverslea Medical Centre, Mental Health with Aged Care, Alzheimer’s Whakatane, the wonderful gentle and respectful care from Ohope Secure Dementia Unit and finally the Hospital Unit at Mountain View Kawerau.

Passed into the presence of her Lord and Saviour at Christchurch Hospital on January 22, 2023, aged 86 years. Treasured wife of John (Ross), dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Rowena, Andrew and Catherine, Marty and Leasa. Passed away at his home in France after a brave battle with cancer on 19 January 2023, aged 55 years. Dearly beloved husband of Amina. Loved son of John and Joan Gibbons. After a long illness, Tony earnt his wings and passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023, with Edna-May beside him holding his hand. Loved son of the late Peter and Vera Morrison, and much loved step-son of Val Barker (Auckland). Brother of Anne and Hayden (Auckland). Dearly beloved husband of Edna-May, and much loved stepfather and father-in-law of Bernie, Liz and Mike Gillon, Martin Crequer, and Gabrielle and Alastair Berkett. Much loved Grandad and Great-Grandfather to Anthony, Julie, Ben, Amelia, Kali, Jessie (USA), Rebecca, Hamish, Ella, Jed, Jacob, Joseph, Jack, Jessie (Aust), and the late Alex Renton. Loved brother-in-law of Dennis and Maureen Taylor, and Ann Taylor (Aust). A special thanks to St John Ambulance Rangiora, the staff at Christchurch Hospital, and to the wonderful care given to Tony at Karadean Court, Oxford, in his final few weeks of life. Tony’s memorial service will be held at the Northbrook Chapel, Rangiora, on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 2.00pm. Graeme died peacefully at Wellington Hospital on 22.1.23, aged 92. Graeme was the dearly loved brother of the late Helen and Judith, and uncle of Sue, Robyn, Nicola, Chris, Craig, Michael and Penny. The family would like to thank the staff at Wellington hospital for their care and compassion, and to all those who supported and cared for Graeme during his later years.
