It is with the heaviest of hearts that David’s family announce his peaceful passing at Auckland City Hospital, surrounded by his family, on Friday, May 26, 2023, aged 81. Youngest son of the late Sedley George and Edna Wells. Brother of Richard and Murray Wells. Beloved husband for 56 years of Mary. Dearly loved father of Nicholas, Samantha and Jonathan. Best "Grumpa" ever to Tiana, Hauraki, Oliver and Nathaniel. A service for David will be held at All Saints Chapel, Purewa, Auckland, on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 12.00pm.
