Passed peacefully at Radius Althorp on 25 May 2023, aged 84 years. Dearly loved son of Harry and Nancy Jones, loved brother and friend of Barbara, Francela (dec), Anne, Michael and Jan, Oraina (dec), Kerry and Karin, Ceredwyn and Lesley, Berylla, and Vivienne. The family sincerely thank the staff at Te Ata Rest Home (Te Awamutu) and Radius Althorp (Tauranga) for their loving care of John. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to St John Ambulance would be appreciated. A service of celebration for John’s life will be held on Friday 2 June, at 1.00pm at St James Union Church, cnr of Devon St and Pooles Rd, Greerton, Tauranga. Messages to J.
