Peacefully, aged 85, after a long illness. Cherished sister of Judie Burton, wife of Ash (deceased), mother of Fraser, Pennie, Nicky and Suzie, and mother-in-law of Luisa, Ed and John. A wonderful grandmother (‘Mini’) to Ella (Raffi), Theo, Esther, Griffin, Annie, William, Libby, Emma, Natalie and Harriet. A loyal friend, and an unwavering calm and loving presence in our lives, Mary will be greatly missed. We thank the staff at Rawhiti Estate for their exceptional care. A private service is being held.
