On 21 May 2023, at Stokeswood Rest Home, aged 82. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Helen. Treasured father and father-in-law of Michelle, Carl & Maria. Adored grandad of Courteney, Shanel, Mikayla, Luke, Maxine & Jack. Precious Pop of Issac, Harvey, Willow, Otis, Brax, and Koa. Dearly loved brother & brother-in-law of Martin & Carole; Victor & Dinah (both dec); Marie & the late Ian; Bob & Sandra, and Alan & Cathryn. Loved brother-in-law of Stephen & Gill Barron. A loved Uncle/Great Uncle to his many nieces/nephews & great-nieces & nephews. Special thanks to the Stokeswood Staff for their love, care & support of David & his whanau. Now at peace after a brave struggle. David will be forever missed by all his family & lifelong friends. A celebration of David’s life will be held in the Stokes Valley RSA, 21 Hawthorn Crescent, Stokes Valley, on Thursday 25 May 2023 at 2.00pm.
