At Telford Lifecare, New Plymouth, on Sunday 21 May 2023, in his 92nd year. Much loved and cherished husband of the late Fay. Very much loved Dad of Debra, Sue & Ngaire. Father-in-law to Phil & David. Special Pop to Chris, Ryan, Hayley, Alex & Maddy. Great-Poppy to Declan, Violet, Jack, Oliver, Archer, Hudson & Wyatt. Treasured Friend of Pam & Richard. A service to celebrate Des’ life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth on Friday 26 May at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
