Husband of the late Joan for 65 years, Paul peacefully passed on from his home to permanently reside with his loving spiritual Father God. Paul was an active Methodist, a Boys’ Brigade member for 83 years, fire protection engineer, and an ingenious problem solver and campsite builder. Paul was a caring father and father-in-law of Fern and James Wakefield, Sam Beaumont, Heather and Mike Wingfield, Ben and Katharine Beaumont and Tui Rose Beaumont. Grandfather to Rosa and Hamish, Beth and Chris, Cathie and Murray, Sacha, Geoffrey and Holly, William, Grace, Thomas, and great-grandfather of Theo and Millie, Timothy and Andrew, Harry, and Joan.
