On May 18, 2023 peacefully at Annaliese Haven with his loving family. Dearly loved husband of Beth. Much loved dad and father-in-law of Sharon, and Brent and Anna. Loved grandad of Layton and Trang, and Shelley. Loved brother of Jimmy and the late Bruce Arps. Messages can be forwarded to the Arp’s family, c/- PO Box 263, Kaiapoi 7644. At Allan’s request, a private cremation has taken place.
