HAMMOND, Terence Henry (Terry)

Of Marton. Passed away at home, surrounded by love, on 17th May 2023. Aged 78 years. Deeply loved and treasured husband of Lyn. Loved and respected Dad and father-in-law of Donna and Tony, and Tony and Jody. Much loved grandad of Josh. A loved cousin, uncle and friend. We would like to thank Dr Mike O’ Grady, Andrea Dempsey and the nursing staff at the Wanganui Hospital, Dr Richard Isaacs and his registrars, the Oncology staff at Palmerston North Hospital, Dr Dave Baldwin, Bulls Medical Center, the team at Arohanui Hospice Palmerston North, Kathy Turner and the district nurses for all your wonderful care of Terry. The huge gap Terry has left in our lives can never be replaced. Friends are invited to attend a service for Terry at St Stephen’s Anglican Church, Maunder Street, Marton, on Monday May 22nd 2023 at 11.00am, followed by private cremation.
