On Friday, May 5, 2023, peacefully in his sleep, at home with his family, in his 82nd year. Dearly loved husband of Elsa, much loved father and father-in-law of Gary and Sarndra (Te Taho), Leanne and Craig (Invercargill), Karyn and the late Con (Hari Hari). Loved Pop of Steph, Jesse and Ricole, Jorja, Andrew and Nell; Bevan and Alana, Katie and Jonno, Ollie and Anna, and grand pop of Passion. Loved brother of Ian and the late Marilyn, the late Murray and Margaret, Molly and Jack, Bette and Jim, brother-in-law of Allan and the late Jan. A loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews and a good friend to many.
