HERBERT, Noel Anthony
It is with broken hearts we advise that Noel passed away in Norway on Sunday, April 30, 2023. Espen and Annika, Janita and Thomas and Margaret were with him as he left us to be with his wife Ingrid, 71 years young. A much loved Grandad to William and Benjamin. Treasured brother and brother-in-law of Anita and George* Page (Chatham Island), Frank* and Pauline* (Milton), George* and Glenice (Gore), Joan Hough (Christchurch), Keith (Gore), Margaret and Wayne* Scoullar (Gore), and friend of John Hough (Rakaia). The best Uncle to his nieces and nephews and good friend to many across the world. We hope to have a service in Gore on Friday, May 19, the 18th anniversary of Ingrid’s death. It may be organised with haste so we ask that anyone who would like to attend keep an eye on Margaret’s Facebook posts or keep in touch with friends and family.
