SOPER, Geoffrey Milton
Passed away peacefully early April in his own home in Christchurch, aged 82 years. Eldest son of Manny and Elsie Soper of Athol and brother of Val, Brent, Blake and Louise. Mathematician (BSc Hons, Otago; MSc, Sydney), acupuncturist (DipAc, Hong Kong; CertAc, Guangzhou), soil scientist (Dip AgSc, Lincoln), author, free thinker, enviromentalist, poet longstandinging member of OpenMic Community, Geoff had suffered increasing ill health in recent months.
