Of Tawa. Peacefully on 9 April 2023, aged 78 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Veronica (Roni) (nee Moody). Much loved father and father-in-law of Tracy and Brent, Rachelle and David, Vanessa and Andrew. Treasured grandad of Emily and William. Respected and loved by family and friends. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John in the Church of Our Lady of Fatima, corner Main and Lyndhurst Roads, Tawa on Friday 14 April, commencing at 1.00pm. Thereafter private cremation.
