Peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her family. Dearly loved wife of the late Eric. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Anthony and Louise, Greg and Diane, Mark/Jake, Craig and Jo. A proud grandma of her 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. At Pat’s request a family service will be held.
