Mike passed gently at home with his family on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Devoted husband to Sue. Inspirational father to Rachel, Patrick, Grace and Michaela. Grandfather to Kacey, Oscar, Shanna, Francis, Olive, Caolan, Jaime-Lee, Daire, Thomas, Maurice, Isis and Rima. Son of the late May and Maurice Malloch, brother, brother-in-law, father-in-law, uncle, cousin, member of his Celtic Clan and friend to everyone. The wake will be held on Friday, March 31 from 4-6.00pm at Sue and Michael’s home. Messages c/- the Malloch family to 78 Brisbane Street, Waltham, Christchurch 8023. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Fred Hollows Foundation NZ can be made online. A funeral for Michael will be held at St Mary’s Church, 116 Lonsdale Street, on Saturday, April 1 at 10.00am. All welcome.
