Prof. Dean. Dr (Phd). Of Paraparaumu. On Friday, March 24, 2023, suddenly at Southland Hospital. Aged 74 years. Most amazing incredible and adorable loving husband of Jane. Much loved brother of Liz Crook, and brother-in-law of David Crook (Dunedin); Darien (dec) and Tom Richardson (Dunedin), Gaynor (Ak) and Clive Cotton (dec). Very adored uncle of Gregor, André, Penny, Alistair, Kim, Mark and partners, and great-uncle of 7. A celebration of John’s life will be held at Kapiti Coast Funeral Home Chapel, 9-11 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 2.00pm, to be followed by private cremation.
