FERNANDO, Susila Indrani
Born 12 January 1932. Passed peacefully on 21 March 2023, in the presence of her family. Beloved wife of the late Dr Thakshan Fernando. Loving mother and mother-in-law to Shanthi and Rohan, Rohitha and Lori, Nerupi and Ajit, Tushan and Chi. Treasured Archchi to Miles and Annarose, Sachin, Anouska and Joe. Cherished great-grandma of Arthur and Aamara. A memorial service will follow in April (to be advised). In lieu of flowers, Susila’s family would prefer donations are made to agencies supporting Cyclone Gabrielle recovery.
