FOUNTAIN, Valerie Blanche (Val)
Passed away peacefully with Sue by her side at Christchurch Hospital, on Monday, March 20, 2023, aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Derek. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Chris and Janet, Sue and Pete (deceased), John and Mairead. Much loved grandma of Karen, Nicky, and Anna, and great-grandma of Joshua and Zoe. Many thanks to the staff at Bainswood on Victoria, Rangiora, and the staff on Ward A3 Christchurch Hospital for all their loving care of Val. Messages to the Fountain family, c/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. In accordance with Val’s wishes, a private cremation has taken place.
