BETHUNE, William Henry Lyon (Bill)
Passed away peacefully on Monday 20 March, 2023, aged 97 years. Dearly loved Husband of late Anne. Cherished Father of Helen, Catherine, and Eileen (deceased). Treasured Grandad and Great-Grandad of his family in the UK, Australia and NZ. All messages to the Bethune family, C/- 167 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North. Helen and Gerald would like to thank the staff of Coombrae Rest Home and Woodlands Rest Home for their respect, care and tenderness given to Dad. A service for Bill will be held at St Brigid’s Catholic Church Feilding, 4 Monmouth Street, Feilding 4702, on Friday, 24 March 2023 at 2.00pm. Followed by a private cremation. Please feel free to join the family for refreshments at Murray’s Bar, Ferguson Street, Feilding after the service.
