CUMMERFIELD, Susanne (née Perry)
Passed away peacefully at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide, with her beloved family by her side, on February 17, 2023, aged 71. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Trevor, cherished mother of Rachelle, Karl and Gaylene, mother-in-law to Catherine and Matthew, grandmother to Willow, Isla, Freya, Summer and Harry. The family truly appreciate the care from the Christchurch Oncology department over the past 3 years. A celebration of Susanne’s life will be held at a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
