On 10th March 2023, peacefully at Molly Ryan Rest Home, 89 years. Beloved husband of Yvonne (deceased), loved father of Kevin and Lesley (both deceased), father-in-law of Linda; much beloved Oupa of Melissa, Nicola, Andrea and Graham and his 9 great-grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate Joe’s life will be held at the Brooklands Co-operating Church, Bideford Street, New Plymouth, Monday 20 March 2023, at 11.00am.
