On Saturday, 11th March 2023, passed away peacefully at Churtonleigh Rest Home, in his 96th year. Dearly loved husband of Rita. Much loved and respected father and father-in-law of Geraldine and Steve McGovern. Loved by his extended family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Churtonleigh Rest Home and the doctors and staff at Kenepuru Hospital who cared for Pieter over the last year; your support has been greatly appreciated.
