RYAN, Patrick Francis (Paddy)

On Sunday March 12, 2023, Paddy passed away at Nurse Maude Hospital surrounded by his loving family; aged 60 years. Loved and treasured father and father-in-law of Samantha (Sam) and David, Haley and Paul. Loving grandad to Jack and Ivan and former husband of Carey. Loved son of the late Allan and Marie Ryan and cherished brother and brother-in-law of Michael and Karen, John (deceased) and Mia, David (deceased), Felicity and Paul, Anne (deceased) and Julian. He was a loved and cherished uncle and great-uncle to his nephews and nieces. He was cherished and loved by Ammara (Phet) and Emeilee. A very special thank you to the Lung Cancer Specialist and Oncology Teams, Woodham Road Health Centre, Life Pharmacy Riccarton and Nurse Maude for their professional and supported care throughout the past 18 months. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the New Zealand Cancer Society or Nurse Maude. At Patrick’s request a private cremation has been held.
