Death

Passed away peacefully in Oamaru after a short illness, on Thursday, March 9, 2023, in her 93rd year. Loved wife of the late John Eathorne and the late Doug Thompson, loved mother and mother-in-law of Colleen and Bert, John and Kerin, and Theresa and Lou, loved Nana of Philippa, Paul and Grant; Kelvin, Chris and Angela, loved Great-Nana Anna of Emma and Gracie; Hunter, Matilda and Reid; Ailish, James and Willow; Shakara; Isabella and Paige, a loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews.

A big thank you to Whalan Lodge, Kurow, and Iona Home, Oamaru, for their loving care of Mum. A graveside service will be held at the Hakataramea Cemetery, Old Slip Road, Hakataramea, on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 2.00pm.
