GERRAND, Desmond Keith
24.3.1948. Aged 74 years. On Thursday 2nd March 2023 we lost our Hero at Waikato Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Barbara. Devoted father and father in-law of Nicola, Tisha and James. Son of the late Keith and Joyce Gerrand. Incredible brother to Ila, Faith, Joy, Alan, Min, and Bruce. Much loved grandfather to Renee, Shaun, Jack, and Ara, and great-grandfather to Poppy and Presley. Des will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A celebration of Des’ life will be held at Waihi Memorial RSA, Seddon Street, Waihi, on Tuesday, March 7th at 11.00am, to be followed by private cremation.
