It is with absolute heartbreak we announce Davie’s passing. We have all lost a true legend. Dave was an extremely devoted and loved father and father-in-law to Jordyn and Nick, and Daniel. Loved and treasured best mate and husband to Sandra; much loved ‘Dave’ to Sammy and Josh, Sarah and Lachy, Corban and Caiden; and a loved mate to his many friends. Davie was so courageous and brave throughout his short illness.
A private cremation will be held as per Dave’s wishes, however all are welcome
to attend a celebration of Davie’s life at the Waimate A and P Showgrounds,
26 Hakataramea Highway, Waimate, on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 1.00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the South Canterbury Hospice would be gratefully received and can be left at Dave’s celebration of life. Messages to
