Passed away peacefully on January 23, 2023, at the age of 86, at the Royal Perth Hospital, Australia. Husband of Rosina (deceased), father of Steve (Cromwell), Peter (deceased), Judith (Australia), Peter, and Elwyn (Christchurch). Bill is survived by his brother Ernest.
