Much loved father of Stephen, Alan and Liz also a Grandfather and Great-Grandfather, Billy Borrows passed away peacefully in the caring presence of his best friend and soulmate Carol, on Wednesday 22nd February 2023 in Levin, aged 84. Formerly a long time Wainuiomata resident, he at last rests without pain. A service for close friends and family to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday 1st March at 2.00pm, at The Funeral Home, 545 Queen Street, East, Levin.
