Died suddenly on February 17, 2023, in Christchurch aged 78 years. Much loved husband of Rhondda (deceased), brother of Neville (deceased) and Donelle Foate. Messages to the Moffitt Family, c/- PO Box 31300, Christchurch 8444. A private cremation has been held.
