Of Palmerston North. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday 21st February 2023, aged 61 years. Dearly loved son of Ray and Carol Hiscox (both dec) and brother of Tony (dec) Ian, Barry and Glenda. Special thanks to all of the staff at MASH Featherston Street for their amazing support and patience over the past 11 years. A private ceremony has been held for Neil.
