Passed away peacefully in his 87th year at Hutt Hospital on 21st February 2023. Dearly loved husband and soulmate forever of Lorraine (Lori) for 66 years. Much loved and respected father of John, Helen Cherrie, and Chris. Father-in-law of Neil Davis. Special Grandad to Louise, Neil & Samantha Cherrie, Bonnie Bowles & Leena Cherrie. Great-Grandad to Henry, Kyson, Natalia and Aria.
He lived his life 110%.

The family would like to sincerely thank Dr Donald Patterson and his nursing staff at Kopata Medical Centre for the wonderful care and attention they devoted to Bez over the last 30 years.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated. A service to celebrate Bez’s life will be held at Cornwall Manor, cnr Knights Rd & Cornwall St, Lower Hutt, on Monday 27th February at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.
