Royal NZ Navy Malaysia. NZG18245. NZ Police. Passed away at Bob Owens Hospital Tauranga with Ruth by his side. Adored husband of Allison, much loved Dad of Lyn (deceased), and Ruth, Dad-in-law of Brett, proud Granite (Grandad) of Jackson, Fletcher and Carter Gillard. A service for Richard will be held at Pyes Pa Memorial Park Chapel, 403 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga, on Friday 24th February at 10.00am. Messages to the Mead family C/- PO Box 650, Tauranga 3144.
