Passed away suddenly, after a courageous battle with cancer, at Burlington Village on February 20, 2023, aged 59 years. Dearly loved partner of Mary, much loved father and father-in-law of Melissa, Nicholas, Jennifer and Carl, and Amy and James. Loved grandfather of Paige, Blair, Lincoln, Jordan, Benny and Cooper. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Nancy and Rob, and uncle to Emma and Stephan. The family would like to extend a thank you to the team at Burlington for the support and care over the last year. The Funeral service for George will be held in the Harewood Crematorium Chapel, Wilkinsons Road, Harewood, on Thursday, February 23 at 10.30am, with a celebration of George’s life to be held afterwards.
