SMART, Barry Wayne
On Monday, February 13, 2023, at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, aged 79 years. Dearly loved husband of Jan. Loved father, father-in-law and Poppa of Jason and Amanda, Alexi, and Julian; and Cheryl and Craig Morrison, Isabella, and Benjamin. Special thanks to the staff in the Medical Assessment Unit, Christchurch Hospital, for their wonderful care of Barry. Messages to the Smart family, c/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145.
