After a short illness, peacefully at home on 12th February 2023, aged 86 years. Much loved and cherished life partner of Jill for 64 years. Loved and cherished father and father-in-law of Daryl & Neil, Mandy, Brian & Wendy, grandfather of Hayden, Cassandra, Sarah, Chrissy, Karena, Corey, Alyssa and seven great-grandchildren. Loving brother of Gwen Horne. A Celebration of David’s life will be held at Alexandra House Chapel, 570 Alexandra St, Te Awamutu, on Friday, 17th February at 11am followed by a private family burial at the Te Awamutu Cemetery.
