Peacefully after a long battle
Loved husband of Muriel. Dearly loved Dad of Debra, Brian*, David and Jane, Trina and Shane. Adored Grandad of Jade, Joe, Jamie, Ben, and Eva; Jack, and Alec; Liam, and Emma. A loved brother of Marion*, Les*, Dorothy*, Ray*, Elaine and Ken*, Jock and Susan, Eddie, Gwen, and Mavis. A loved brother-in-law of John, Shona, Alister and Sue, Ferg, Hilary and Geoff. A respected Uncle of all his nephews and nieces. Thank you to Southland Hospital, especially Oncology and Hospice Southland and to Otago Oncology Department. A private cremation and function has been held as per Roy’s wishes.
