Passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2023, aged 82 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Wong Kam Wah. Mother and mother-in-law of Shirley & Shu Bin Zhou, Janice & Sam Su, Pamela & John Young, and Kit & Shan Wong. Grandmother of 11 adored grandchildren. A service for Kwan will be held in The Funeral Home, 545 Queen Street East, Levin, Manawat-Whanganui, on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 10.30am.
