Passed away peacefully in Perth, WA, on Friday 23 December 2022, aged 85 years. Much loved husband of the late Nongyao (Onn). Treasured father of Nick. Will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. Messages to PO Box 239, Palmerston North 4440. A memorial service for Hugh will be held in the Beauchamp Chapel, 167 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North, on Friday 3 February 2023, at 2.00pm.
