Passed away unexpectedly at Waipatiki on Monday 16 January 2023, aged 64. Deeply loved partner of Gillian, and adored father of Annalise and Kristina. Loved son of the late Lindsay and Alice Hames. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Glenice and Larry, Kevin and Prue, Pete and Libby, Heather, Robyn and Bevan. Loved by all his nieces and nephews. Loved stepson of Margaret Birtles, and stepbrother of Matthew and Sarah. A service to celebrate Dave’s life will be held at Lychgate Funerals, 7 Johnsonville Road, Johnsonville, on Tuesday 24 January at 1.30pm.
