On Tuesday, January 17, 2023, suddenly at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, aged 49 years. Loved and adored wife of Mark. Devoted Mum of Shelby. A celebration of Sam’s life will be held in the Ferry Park Chapel, 297 Ferry Road, on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 10.30am. Please wear something colourful. Private cremation thereafter.
