Whangaparāoa Rd dynamic lane fault sends cars into oncoming traffic
Hi neighbours. A fault with the dynamic lanes on Whangaparāoa Rd sent cars leaving Red Beach into oncoming traffic at the Hibiscus Coast Hwy intersection on Wednesday and Thursday. Auckland Transport are investigating, and the lanes will operate in "off-peak" mode - one lane each direction (picture below) - until the issue is resolved.
