Do you want tickets to The Nukes at Warkworth RSA?
The Rodney Times has a double pass to giveaway for ukulele trio The Nukes who are bringing their part vaudeville, part rat-pack, part musical car-crash show to the Warkworth RSA on April 8.
The West Auckland ukulele band formed 10 years ago and have built a reputation for "reckless and riveting live shows where a fine blend of folk, bluegrass, reggae and post-punk is caressed, coaxed and beaten out of three innocent wee ukuleles".
To enter the draw send an email to jay.boreham@stuff.co.nz by April 3, with "The Nukes" in the subject line and your contact details including phone number.
The double pass also comes with a signed CD of the Nukes third album Nukes III.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
