Poll: Are you in favour of a large shopping complex coming to Rolleston?

Jake Kenny Reporter from Community News

An $85 million shopping centre at Rolleston with new eateries, cinema and a farmers market is set to further boost the rapidly growing town on Christchurch's doorstep.

The new development will be built over five years on a corner of the old domain on Tennyson St.

It will form part of a new town centre long planned by Selwyn District Council to boost amenities in Rolleston, about 25km southwest of Christchurch's central city.

Are you in favour of this development for the town?

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
