We have a brand-new granny flat for rental on the ridge up from Long Bay. It is fully furnished but we are happy to let it unfurnished if necessary. Private access and fully fenced large private garden. with no mowing required lawn.
1-bedroom unit which can be opened up into an open plan studio. Garden access directly through French doors. Parking on-site for 1 vehicle.
Set off the main street in a quiet enclave of only 6 houses, surrounded by forestry and shrubbery. Looking for a professional person who enjoys a quiet, nature lifestyle.
Large bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled walk-in shower with rain head and shampoo box and sliding glass door. Vanity - with LED mirror.
Lounge with TV. Fully carpeted with European shutters on the windows. Kitchenette with sink, microwave, air-fryer and fridge/freezer.
$450 per week includes utilities and fibre. Available 15/6/2024
