Heartbeats Cardiac Support Group Meeting Tuesday 6th October
Heartbeats, Hibiscus Coast, next meeting is tomorrow Tuesday at the Hibiscus Coast Community House (behind the Estuary Arts Centre) at 214 Hibiscus Coast Highway, from 10:00am to 11:30am.
Heartbeats is a community-based cardiac support group for heart event survivors, their partners and also family.
Heartbeats members come together each month to:
- help each other with long term personal rehabilitation and cardiac management, through sharing their experiences and what works
- provide a better understanding of heart disease among members and the broader community
- connect members with a broad base of cardiac healthcare providers
At most meetings we have a guest speaker, either a doctor, cardiologist, dietitian, pharmacist, physiotherapist, heart health counsellor etc.
Come along to our very informal, friendly meetings, share your journey and learn from others with the same life-changing issue.
